UniEase (formerly UNV-Link) is the official mobile application from Uniview Technologies Co., Ltd. — one of the world's leading providers of professional video surveillance and AIoT solutions. Designed specifically for small and medium-sized business (SMB) security and everyday monitoring scenarios, UniEase brings together live view, playback, intelligent alerts, video intercom, and remote device management into a single, streamlined mobile interface.
Whether you manage a supermarket, restaurant, office, retail store, or warehouse, UniEase gives you 24/7 remote access to your entire Uniview camera ecosystem from your smartphone or tablet. The app connects to IP cameras (IPC), network video recorders (NVR), smart doorbells, and other Uniview devices, enabling you to monitor multiple locations from one unified dashboard.
UniEase supports flexible multi-window live viewing with layouts from 1 to 16 simultaneous camera feeds. You can switch between HD and SD quality modes, enable digital zoom to inspect details, and use two-way audio to communicate through your cameras in real time. For PTZ cameras, the app provides full pan, tilt, and zoom control directly from your phone.
The app features a comprehensive alarm center that supports multiple detection types including motion detection, intrusion detection, line crossing, crowd density alerts, tampering detection, and smart intrusion prevention. Each alarm event includes snapshots and recording clips for quick review, and you can filter alarms by device, channel, type, or time range. Push notifications keep you informed of critical events even when the app is in the background.
For video review, UniEase provides SD card playback and cloud recording playback with up to 4 simultaneous playback channels. Playback speed can be adjusted from 1/4x to 4x, and the timeline supports split search and progress-bar navigation for efficient footage review.
One of UniEase's standout features is its device sharing system. You can share access to specific cameras with family members, employees, or security personnel — with granular control over which permissions they receive (live view, PTZ, two-way audio, alarm messages, playback, or configuration). Sharing can be time-limited and edited or revoked at any time.
