Yes, Nedis SmartLife supports family sharing. The primary account holder can invite family members to share device access. Each family member can install the app on their own phone and control shared devices independently.
Ensure your device is in pairing mode (LED blinking rapidly). Check that your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (most SmartLife devices don't support 5GHz). Make sure Bluetooth and location services are enabled on your phone. Move closer to your Wi-Fi router during setup. If issues persist, reset the device and try again.

Good app overall. Easy to set up devices on Wi-Fi, no hub needed which is great. The energy monitoring feature helps me track electricity usage. Only wish the UI was a bit more modern.
