LongPlus is a P2P network camera monitoring app developed by HEROSPEED TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. It is the dedicated companion app for LongPlus smart security cameras, allowing you to view live video, receive alerts, and manage cameras remotely from your smartphone. The app works exclusively with LongPlus-branded cameras.

Download the LongPlus app, create an account, tap 'Add Camera', select your Wi-Fi network, enter the password, and scan the QR code displayed in the app with your camera. The camera will connect automatically. You can also add devices using the device serial number (SN) QR code printed on the camera.

Yes, the LongPlus app is free to download on both iOS and Android. Basic features including live view, motion detection alerts, and SD card recording are free. Cloud storage subscriptions are available as optional in-app purchases, starting from $2.59/month for 7-day retention up to $89.99/year for 60-day retention.

Yes. New accounts receive free 3-day rolling cloud storage. Paid plans include monthly (7-day at $2.59, 15-day at $2.99, 30-day at $4.49, 60-day at $7.99), seasonal, and annual options. Cloud storage records motion-triggered video clips that can be viewed and downloaded from the app's library.

Yes. LongPlus supports device sharing so multiple users can monitor the same camera. Note that shared users may need to register their account in the same country/region as the primary account holder for sharing to work correctly.

Yes. LongPlus cameras support Micro SD cards for local video recording. When motion is detected, video is recorded to the SD card and can be viewed directly in the app. Installing an SD card provides local backup independent of cloud storage.

Check that: (1) push notifications are enabled in your phone settings for the LongPlus app; (2) motion detection is enabled in the camera settings; (3) the notification schedule is configured correctly; (4) the app is not being killed by battery optimization. LongPlus has a dedicated troubleshooting page for notification issues.

Currently there is no official LongPlus PC or Mac application, and no iPad-specific version. The app is designed for iPhone and Android smartphones. LongPlus has indicated a web version is in development for future release.

LongPlus supports 10 languages: English, Simplified Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Russian, and Spanish.
