BitVision is a professional P2P network camera monitoring app by HEROSPEED TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. It supports IPC (IP cameras), DVR, NVR, XVR, and fisheye camera devices. The app connects your smartphone to these devices for remote live viewing, playback, and alarm management.

BitVision supports multiple device-add methods: (1) Serial Number (SN) — enter the device's unique SN with P2P enabled; (2) QR Code — scan the QR code on the device; (3) LAN Search — auto-discover devices on the same network; (4) IP/DDNS — directly connect using the device's IP address, domain, port, username, and password.

The BitVision app is free to download and use. Basic features including live view, playback, PTZ control, alarm notifications, and device management are free. Cloud video storage is available as an optional paid subscription for continuous off-site recording backup.

BitVision supports motion detection, humanoid motion detection, alarm input, intrusion detection, line crossing detection, loitering detection, people-gathering detection, and privacy mask. Available features depend on your specific camera hardware and firmware support.

Yes. BitVision includes built-in device sharing. You can share a device by generating a QR code (valid for 5 minutes) or by entering another user's account. Shared devices appear in the recipient's 'Share Devices' group.

BitVision supports 18 languages: Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Hungarian, Vietnamese, Italian, Russian, French, Portuguese, German, Lithuanian, Polish, Spanish, Korean, Hebrew, Arabic, Czech, and Ukrainian.

BitVision supports multi-screen preview with 1, 4, 6, 9, and 16-window layouts. You can view multiple cameras simultaneously and switch to full-screen landscape mode for any single camera.

Yes. BitVision includes a Cloud Service section for cloud recording access, downloads, and subscription management. Cloud upload requires the camera to support H.264+ or H.265+ encoding. Cloud recording can be activated for motion-detection events or all-weather continuous recording.

Open the Playback section, select a date, and use the timeline to navigate recordings. BitVision supports playback from TF card, EMMC, HDD, or backend recorder storage. You can adjust playback speed and use multi-window playback to review multiple cameras.

Check that: (1) the device is online and powered on; (2) P2P is enabled in the device settings; (3) the serial number, username, and password are correct; (4) your phone has a stable internet connection. For IP/DDNS connections, verify the port mapping is configured correctly. Restart both the app and the device if issues persist.
