ACESEE is a smart Wi-Fi security camera app by HEROSPEED TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. It supports IPC (IP cameras), DVR, NVR, XVR, and fisheye camera devices. The app connects your smartphone to these devices for remote live viewing, playback, alarm management, and two-way audio communication.

ACESEE supports multiple device-add methods: (1) QR Code — scan the QR code on the device; (2) Serial Number — enter the device's unique SN; (3) IP/DDNS — connect using the device's IP address or domain; (4) LAN Search — auto-discover devices on the same network; (5) AP Mode — direct connection for initial setup; (6) Wi-Fi Configuration — configure the camera's Wi-Fi settings through the app.

Yes, the ACESEE app is completely free to download and use on both iOS and Android. Core features including live view, playback, PTZ control, alarm notifications, two-way audio, and device sharing are all included at no cost. Optional cloud video storage may be available on supported devices.

ACESEE includes built-in device sharing. You can share camera access with other ACESEE users by entering their account information. Shared devices will appear in the recipient's device list, allowing them to view live feeds and receive alarm notifications.

Check that: (1) the camera is powered on and connected to your network; (2) the serial number, username, and password are entered correctly; (3) your phone has a stable internet connection; (4) the camera firmware is up to date. Yes. ACESEE provides motion detection alarm notifications with event snapshots. When unusual activity is detected, the app sends push notifications to your phone. You can review alarm history in the Event Message Center, which retains event records for a limited period.

ACESEE supports cloud video viewing and downloading on compatible devices and subscription plans. Cloud recording allows you to access your footage remotely even if the local storage is full or the camera is damaged.

Open the Playback section in the app, select a date, and use the timeline to navigate through recordings. ACESEE supports playback from the camera's local storage (SD card or connected recorder). You can take snapshots and record clips during playback for later reference.
