Is AiDot free to use?
Yes, the AiDot app is free to download and use. All core features including device control, automation, scheduling, energy monitoring, and basic camera viewing are free. Optional AI Protection camera subscriptions are available starting at $1.99/month for enhanced security features.
What devices work with AiDot?

How do I set up AiDot?
Download the AiDot app, create a free account, and the app will automatically detect nearby devices via Bluetooth. You can also scan the QR code on your device for instant pairing. No hub is required — the app connects directly to your devices over Wi-Fi.
Does AiDot require a monthly subscription?
No monthly subscription is required for core features. Device control, automation, scheduling, and energy monitoring are all free. Only the optional AI Protection camera service requires a subscription, with plans ranging from $1.99 to $69.99 depending on the number of cameras and billing cycle.
Why is AiDot not connecting to my device?
If AiDot can't connect to your device, check that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone, your device is powered on and in pairing mode, and your Wi-Fi network is working. Try restarting both the app and the device. If problems persist, contact support at [email protected].
Can I use AiDot to monitor security cameras?
Yes, AiDot provides real-time video feeds from Winees security cameras directly in the app. You can view live video, receive motion detection alerts, and subscribe to optional AI Protection plans for enhanced security features including AI-powered detection.
What is AiDot Light Lab?
Light Lab is an AI-powered feature in AiDot that uses ChatGPT integration to generate custom lighting effects and color schemes. You can describe the atmosphere you want, and the AI will create matching light settings for your Linkind smart bulbs and LED strips.

Great Integration — Couldn't be happier. I recently purchased these smart bulbs, and for such a great price, you get two bulbs that seamlessly integrate with all my devices — whether it's Matter, Alexa, or HomeKit. The AiDot app makes setup incredibly easy.

Very convenient app. Needs improvement but great for daily chores — can be accessed while at store or gym to check on things at home. Camera quality could be better but the automation features are really useful for managing multiple devices.

Best all-in-one smart home app I've used. Controls my Linkind bulbs, Winees camera, and WELOV air purifier from one place. The Matter support means I can also use HomeKit to control everything. No monthly fee for basic features is a huge plus.

The Light Lab feature with ChatGPT is genuinely impressive — describe the mood you want and it creates the perfect lighting. Sound-sync for parties works great. Only wish the app was slightly faster to load when managing many devices.

Using AiDot primarily for Winees security cameras and Linkind outdoor lights. Motion alerts are reliable and the live feed quality is good. The automation to turn on lights when motion is detected works perfectly. Good value for free app.

The app works well, but I wish there was an easier way to access/select one of my custom colors. As it is, when I open the app, it requires 6 taps to access 'My Colors' and select the one I want. This should be on the landing page after tapping 'All Lights.'

Replaced three different apps with just AiDot. Controls all my smart lights, cameras, and the air purifier. The automation engine is powerful — I have geo-fencing set up so lights turn on when I arrive home. Energy monitoring is a nice bonus at no extra cost.

Great app for managing Linkind smart bulbs. The color options are extensive and grouping lights by room makes it easy to control everything at once. Matter support means my bulbs also show up in Google Home. Setup was painless with QR code scanning.

I appreciate the energy monitoring feature — being able to track how much power my devices use without paying a monthly fee is rare. The automation scheduling is solid. Occasionally the app takes a moment to connect to devices but generally reliable.

Finally an app that properly supports Matter! I can control my AiDot devices through HomeKit, Alexa, AND Google Home seamlessly. The app itself is also well-designed with a clean interface. The free energy tracking feature is the cherry on top.
