What is SANNCE HOME app?

SANNCE HOME is the official mobile app for SANNCE DVR-based security camera systems. It allows you to remotely live-view your cameras, play back DVR recordings, and receive motion detection push notifications — all via a secure Cloud P2P connection. The app is free to download and use on both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play) with no subscription fees required.

How do I add my SANNCE DVR to the SANNCE HOME app?

To add your SANNCE DVR: (1) Open the SANNCE HOME app and create an account or sign in; (2) Tap '+' to add a new device; (3) On your DVR, navigate to Network → Cloud to display the QR code; (4) Scan the QR code with the app, or manually enter the device serial number (found in Device Info → Version); (5) Enter the DVR username (default: admin) and password; (6) Tap Connect. Your DVR will now appear in your device list for remote viewing.

Does SANNCE HOME require port forwarding?

No. SANNCE HOME uses Cloud P2P technology to connect to your DVR, which means you do not need to configure port forwarding, set up a static IP address, or make any router changes. As long as your DVR is connected to the internet and you have a SANNCE account, remote access works automatically.

Can I use SANNCE HOME on a PC or Mac?

SANNCE HOME itself is a mobile app for iOS and Android. However, you can view your SANNCE cameras on a computer using: (1) Guarding Vision — the official Windows desktop software, available at sannce.com/pages/sannce-download-center; (2) XMEye web portal at xmeye.net — works in any browser without software installation; (3) An Android emulator like BlueStacks on Windows or Mac. Once your DVR is added in SANNCE HOME, it will automatically appear in Guarding Vision under the same account.

Why is SANNCE HOME not connecting to my DVR?

If SANNCE HOME cannot connect to your DVR: (1) Verify your DVR is powered on and connected to the internet via Ethernet cable; (2) Check that Cloud P2P is enabled on your DVR — go to DVR menu → Network → Cloud and ensure it shows 'Connected'; (3) Make sure you are using the correct DVR username and password; (4) Restart both the DVR and the app; (5) Ensure your phone has a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data); (6) If the issue persists, try removing and re-adding the device in the app. Contact [email protected] for further assistance.

How do I receive motion detection alerts on SANNCE HOME?

Exceeds my expectations! I did not expect much out of this app, seeing as the surveillance system I bought was fairly inexpensive and obviously Chinese made. The app actually works very well. I like them. However, I wish this app was available for the Apple TV! It would be great to pull up the cameras on the big screen. Other than that, the app works well for checking the cameras on my phone.
