How do I set up an iCSee camera?

How do I reset an iCSee camera?

Most iCSee cameras have a physical reset button, usually a small pinhole on the bottom or back of the camera. Press and hold the reset button for 10-15 seconds until you hear a voice prompt or see the indicator light flash. The camera will reboot to factory defaults, after which you can re-add it to the iCSee app using the QR code setup process.

Why is my iCSee camera offline or not connecting?

Common causes include: 1) Check your Wi-Fi router is working and the camera is within signal range. 2) Ensure the camera has power. 3) Verify the camera and your phone are on the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (most iCSee cameras don't support 5GHz). 4) Restart the camera by unplugging it for 10 seconds. 5) Update the iCSee app to the latest version. 6) Check if your internet service is active.
