I hooked up two cameras and the live view works well for monitoring. The multi-camera view is customizable and cloud AI notifications are quite useful for knowing when someone is at the door. The new v4.0 interface is a nice upgrade.

It's okay. The cloud recording feature works as advertised and I appreciate that the free plan lets me check my cameras live. Motion recording catches most events. The app interface could be more polished and connection sometimes drops, but it gets the job done for home security.

Amcrest Cloud AI detection is impressive — it correctly identifies people vs animals vs vehicles and I get far fewer false alerts than with basic motion detection. The Event Explorer makes reviewing footage fast. Worth the subscription for peace of mind.

It works now because they send out an update. I added my camera, I followed the directions. The cloud storage is reliable and motion alerts come through quickly. After the latest update the app is much more stable than before.

Cameras are nice, better than the standard box set. The software isn't that polished, lot of work to setup. No way to setup push notifications to the phone app — all I can do is email. $6 per camera is a lot for the cloud, others I've used are cheaper for 5 cameras.
