Sannce Vision is the official mobile app for Sannce security camera systems, including DVRs, NVRs, and IP cameras. It allows users to remotely monitor live video, play back recorded footage, control PTZ cameras, receive motion alarm notifications, and manage multiple Sannce devices — all from a smartphone or tablet. The app connects via P2P cloud or local LAN network.
There are three ways to access Sannce cameras on a Windows PC: (1) Download Guarding Vision — the official Windows desktop software from the Sannce Download Center at sannce.com/pages/sannce-download-center; (2) Access via web browser at xmeye.net using your device serial number for browser-based remote viewing; (3) Install an Android emulator such as BlueStacks on Windows, then install and run the Sannce Vision APK. Option 1 (Guarding Vision) is the recommended official method.
Sannce Vision is available for free on both Android and iOS. Download it from Google Play (search 'Sannce Vision' or use package ID: com.mobile.myeye.sannce.pro) or from the Apple App Store (ID: 1252493270). For PC software, visit the official Sannce Download Center at sannce.com/pages/sannce-download-center to download Guarding Vision for Windows.
Open the Sannce Vision app and tap 'Cloud Login'. Enter your registered email address and password. Once logged in, all your linked Sannce DVR/NVR devices will appear in the device list. If you prefer local access without internet, use the 'LAN Device Search' feature to discover Sannce cameras on the same Wi-Fi network. To create an account, tap 'Register' on the login screen and follow the instructions.
Sannce Vision is compatible with the full range of Sannce surveillance hardware, including: 1080p and 5MP PoE IP camera kits with NVR, HD analog CCTV camera systems with DVR, WiFi IP cameras, PTZ cameras, and all Sannce-branded DVR/NVR units (4-channel, 8-channel, 16-channel). The app is not compatible with third-party or non-Sannce cameras.
To add your Sannce DVR/NVR: (1) Open Sannce Vision and tap '+' to add a device; (2) Tap 'Scan QR Code' and scan the QR code from your DVR/NVR's Network > Cloud menu, OR tap 'Manual Add' and enter the serial number (SN) found in Device Info > Version; (3) Enter the device username (default: admin) and password (default: blank or admin); (4) Tap Connect. If using Wi-Fi cameras, ensure your phone and camera are on the same 2.4 GHz network during setup.
Yes, Sannce Vision is completely free to download and use. There are no subscription fees, in-app purchases, or cloud storage fees. Remote viewing, live streaming, motion alerts, and playback are all available at no cost. The free cloud access is included with your Sannce camera hardware purchase.
If push notifications are not working: (1) Ensure the Sannce Vision app has notification permissions enabled in your phone's Settings; (2) Keep the app running in the background — on Android, disable battery optimization for Sannce Vision; (3) Check that motion detection is enabled in your DVR/NVR settings; (4) Reduce motion detection sensitivity to avoid false alarms from insects or small movements; (5) Make sure your DVR/NVR has an active internet connection for cloud push delivery.
The default device credentials for most Sannce DVR/NVR systems are: Username: admin, Password: (blank — leave empty) or try 'admin'. If these don't work, check the label on the back or bottom of your DVR/NVR, or consult the included user manual. You can reset the device password by holding the reset button on the DVR for 30 seconds. Your Sannce Vision cloud account username and password are the ones you chose during app registration.
There is no native Sannce Vision app for macOS. However, Mac users can access Sannce cameras in two ways: (1) Via web browser — log in to xmeye.net using the device serial number for browser-based access; (2) Via Android emulator — install BlueStacks or a similar Android emulator on your Mac and run the Sannce Vision APK. A third option is to use ONVIF-compatible software that can connect to Sannce IP cameras directly.
The app works well. No lags or crashes. Settings are easy to navigate. Able to connect multiple devices with ease. Issues I've noticed is the "alarm" push — for some reason it is way too sensitive regardless of setting. Seriously, it will alarm on a fly! Otherwise, this app is a keeper!

Simple installation, clear picture, smooth operation, high cost performance. I set up 4 cameras with the NVR and the app showed them all instantly. Very impressed.

Since the update and a lot of hassle getting it working I have no issues and a system that works well. The previous update corrupted the setting/password and the app kept crashing. It took ages to get it working but all now works well. 5⭐ if no setup issues.
Works great for my 8-channel NVR setup. The multi-camera live view is smooth and playback loads quickly from the hard drive. QR code setup made adding the device very easy. Would recommend for Sannce camera owners.
App does what it's supposed to do. Live view is clear and the two-way audio works. Motion detection alerts can be overly sensitive but you can dial it back in settings. Decent free app for the price of the camera system.
Good app for monitoring Sannce cameras remotely. I can check my cameras from work with no issues. The LAN search feature is handy for initial setup. Interface could be more modern but functionality is solid.
Once you figure out how to connect your serial number it works reliably. Live streaming quality is good for a free solution. The cloud login makes remote access simple — no port forwarding needed.
