Zosi Smart is the official mobile application from ZOSI Technology for remotely managing and monitoring ZOSI security cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and IP cameras. It allows you to view live feeds, play back recordings, receive motion alerts, control PTZ cameras, and manage device settings — all from your smartphone or tablet.

Download Zosi Smart from the App Store or Google Play, then create an account using your email address. After logging in, tap the '+' icon to add a device. You can scan the QR code on the bottom of your camera or NVR, or manually enter the device ID. Follow the on-screen prompts to connect your device to Wi-Fi and complete the setup.

Yes. ZOSI provides the AVSS desktop client for both Windows and Mac. You can download it from the official ZOSI website at zositech.com/pages/app. Use the same Zosi Smart account credentials to log in and access all your cameras from your computer.

Camera offline issues are typically caused by network connectivity problems. Check that your camera and NVR/DVR are powered on and connected to your router. Ensure your internet connection is stable, and try restarting the camera or router. If the problem persists, remove the device from the app and re-add it using the device ID or QR code.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter the email address associated with your account. You will receive a verification code via email. Enter the code and set a new password.
