Comparable to Ring doorbell. Response time is acceptable for the price. Video quality and two-way talk are both functional.

The phone's volume must be on high plus the phone and doorbell must be within 10 cm from router when pairing or it will not pair. Once you know the trick it works great.

Good video doorbell, PIR not so good. The bell is very loud and getting notifications on my phone and being able to communicate with people who knock on is excellent. Motion detection could be more reliable though.

Good budget doorbell camera app. Does what it needs to do — live view, notifications, and two-way talk all work. Setup was a bit tricky with the 2.4 GHz requirement but once connected it runs smoothly.

Decent app for a cheap doorbell camera. The live view works most of the time and notifications come through. Wish the motion detection was faster to catch people approaching.

Does the job for monitoring my front door. Cloud recording saves clips when motion is detected. The interface is basic but functional. Battery camera mode works as expected.

Solid companion app for the price. Two-way audio quality is clear enough. Night vision on the camera is decent through this app. SD card playback works without issues.

Works okay for basic home monitoring. Can view multiple cameras in the app which is nice. Alerts can be delayed sometimes but overall it gets the job done for a free app.

How to Set Up XSH Cam

1. Download XSH Cam from the App Store
2. Create an account or log in to your existing account
3. Connect your phone to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network (5 GHz is not supported)
4. Power on your doorbell or camera and put it into pairing mode
5. Tap "Add Device" in the app and follow the QR code or audio pairing flow
6. Start monitoring — view live video, set alerts, and configure your device

Tip: Keep your phone volume up and place it within 10 cm of the device during the pairing process for best results.
