Great quality video, but dwarfed by app shortcomings. My experience as a shared user is quite less than stellar. I don't have the bird icon, so I can't access that cool file. This is a huge shortcoming. The video quality from the cameras is excellent though, and the night vision is impressive.
VicoHome has been solid for monitoring my property. The AI person detection through the Awareness plan is very accurate and has cut my false alerts by about 90%. Two-way talk works well for greeting delivery drivers. The only thing I wish is that the PC client was available — currently you can only view on mobile.
