Above all else, the customer support is as superior as the product. You receive instant and clear responses to any questions.

Great quality video, but dwarfed by app shortcomings. My experience as a shared user is quite less than stellar. I don't have the bird icon, so I can't access that cool file. This is a huge shortcoming. The video quality from the cameras is excellent though, and the night vision is impressive.

Two-way talk works well for greeting delivery drivers. The only thing I wish is that the PC client was available — currently you can only view on mobile.
