SANNCE Life — official app for SANNCE NVR/DVR systems. Remote live view, historical playback, motion alerts, and P2P cloud access. Free, no subscription. iOS and Android.
SANNCE Life is the official companion app for SANNCE NVR (Network Video Recorder) and DVR (Digital Video Recorder) systems developed by Anke Innovation (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. It supports SANNCE-branded NVR and DVR units that have P2P (peer-to-peer) cloud connectivity enabled. It is not designed for third-party cameras or non-SANNCE recording systems. The app works with 4-channel, 8-channel, and 16-channel SANNCE NVR/DVR kits sold on Amazon, sannce.com, and authorized retailers.
Yes, SANNCE Life is completely free to download and use. All core features — including live remote viewing, historical playback, motion detection alerts, multi-device management, and device password recovery — are available at no cost with no subscription fees. The app is monetized through SANNCE hardware sales rather than software subscriptions.
Setup takes just a few minutes: (1) Download SANNCE Life from the App Store or Google Play and open it. (2) Register an account using your phone number or email, then select your region. (3) Power on your SANNCE NVR/DVR and connect it to your router with an Ethernet cable. (4) On the NVR's connected monitor, navigate to the network or remote access menu to find the QR code. (5) In the app, tap the '+' button to add a device and scan the QR code. Once the app shows 'server connected,' your NVR/DVR is accessible remotely over the internet.
In SANNCE Life, tap on your added NVR/DVR device to open the live view. Then tap the Playback or Recording icon to switch to playback mode. Use the date/time selector to navigate to the footage you want to review. Recordings are stored on the NVR's internal hard drive and streamed over the internet to your phone. Make sure your NVR has a hard drive installed and recording is enabled in the NVR settings.
Yes. SANNCE Life uses P2P cloud technology, which means you can access your SANNCE NVR/DVR remotely from anywhere with an internet connection — whether you're on Wi-Fi, 4G, or 5G. No VPN, port forwarding, static IP address, or DDNS configuration is required.
A 'server disconnected' or offline status usually means the NVR/DVR cannot reach the SANNCE cloud server. Common causes: (1) The NVR is not connected to the internet — check the Ethernet cable and router; (2) The NVR's network settings need to be configured — verify DNS and gateway settings in the NVR's network menu; (3) A router firewall is blocking the P2P connection — try restarting the router; (4) SANNCE cloud server maintenance — check support.sannce.com for status updates. Restarting the NVR and router usually resolves most connection issues.
SANNCE Life does not enforce a strict limit on the number of devices per account. You can add multiple SANNCE NVR/DVR systems under one account and switch between them from the device list. However, viewing performance depends on your internet connection speed and the NVR's upload bandwidth.
SANNCE Life version 5.24.1 and later includes a built-in device password recovery feature. From the app's device settings or the login screen for a specific device, tap 'Forgot password' or 'Recover device password' and follow the guided steps. You will typically need to verify ownership through your SANNCE account. If the in-app recovery does not work, contact support at [email protected] or visit support.sannce.com for further assistance.
SANNCE Life is available for iOS (iPhone) and Android devices. Currently, there is no dedicated SANNCE Life desktop application for Windows or macOS. For PC-based remote viewing of SANNCE NVR/DVR systems, you may use the SANNCE web portal or third-party NVR client software (such as VMS software) with RTSP stream access. Check support.sannce.com for the latest guidance on PC access options.
SANNCE offers several apps, each designed for different product lines: SANNCE Life (com.sannce.easylive) is designed for NVR and DVR systems with P2P cloud remote viewing. SANNCE HOME is designed for smart Wi-Fi IP cameras and smart home devices. SANNCE Vision supports product lines like DN41CK/DN81BL/DT61BB/DN81BG. Sannce Sight supports product lines like N441K/N441H/N44WED/N48WHE and related models. Check the SANNCE Download Center at sannce.com/pages/sannce-download-center to identify which app is compatible with your specific SANNCE product model.
SANNCE Life allows account-based device management. To share access: have the family member download SANNCE Life and create their own account. Then, from your SANNCE NVR's device settings in the app, look for a 'Device sharing' or 'Share' option and enter the recipient's registered account. Note that sharing features may depend on the specific NVR firmware version. Alternatively, family members can log in using the same SANNCE Life account credentials to access all devices.
SANNCE Life is available globally on both the App Store and Google Play. During registration, you will be prompted to select a region (e.g., North America, Europe, Asia). Select the region closest to your physical location for the best P2P server connection performance and lowest latency when viewing live video remotely. The region setting affects which SANNCE cloud server cluster your devices connect through.
