If RXView Pro is not connecting, try these steps: 1) Ensure your camera/NVR is powered on and connected to the network, 2) Verify the device ID, IP address, or login credentials are correct, 3) Check that your phone has a stable internet connection, 4) Make sure the camera firmware is up to date, 5) Restart both the camera and the app. If issues persist, check router port forwarding settings for remote access.
