Setup was very easy with the Night Owl Protect app. Very clear picture compared to my old 720p system. The smart alerts actually work — I only get notifications when someone walks up to the door, not when my cat crosses the yard. Love the two-way audio feature for talking to delivery drivers. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable home security system.

It's easy to set up and view all my cameras from one place. The picture quality is impressive for the price point. I do wish there were more options for the HDMI viewing on the monitor, but the app itself is clean and responsive. The human detection alerts are a game changer — way fewer false alarms than my previous system.

Been using Night Owl Protect for about 6 months now with 8 cameras. App is reliable and connects quickly. The vehicle detection works well for my driveway camera — I get notified when someone pulls in but not when the wind blows the trees. Playback search could be a bit more intuitive, but overall very satisfied with the system.

Good app for managing Night Owl cameras across my two properties. The multi-location feature means I don't need separate accounts for home and office. Night vision quality is surprisingly good. Would love to see a desktop version for Mac in the future, but the Windows CMS works well enough for now.
