Introduction
iCSee Pro is a free remote security monitoring app developed by Zhejiang JAIFY Co., Ltd. (part of the Xiongmai / XMEye ecosystem), purpose-built for managing IP cameras and smart security devices. Rebuilt with Flutter for a clean, fluid interface, the iCSee Pro app delivers smooth multi-view switching, responsive PTZ controls, and reliable P2P cloud connectivity — making it one of the most capable free surveillance apps for unbranded and white-label IP cameras.
Whether you are monitoring your home, office, or any remote location, iCSee Pro provides real-time live view, HD video playback, instant push notifications, and two-way audio — all without requiring complex network configuration. The iCSee Pro camera app supports a wide range of XMEye/iCSee-compatible devices including Wi-Fi bullet cameras, PTZ robot cameras, smart doorbells, smart door locks, NVR systems, PoE cameras, and battery/solar cameras.
How iCSee Pro Works
The iCSee Pro app connects to your cameras using Cloud ID (P2P) technology, which means you can add and access devices without port forwarding or DDNS setup. Simply scan the QR code or enter the device's cloud ID to get started in minutes. The app supports both Wi-Fi and cellular data for remote viewing, so you can monitor your iCSee Pro camera from anywhere in the world.
For users who prefer viewing on a larger screen, iCSee Pro for PC is available through the official iCSee website at icseeapp.com, offering desktop monitoring capabilities on Windows.

What is the difference between iCSee and iCSee Pro?
iCSee Pro is the professional-grade version of the standard iCSee app. Both apps connect to XMEye/iCSee-compatible cameras and are developed by the same team (Zhejiang JAIFY / Xiongmai). iCSee Pro is rebuilt with Flutter for better performance, smoother multi-view switching, improved PTZ controls, and a cleaner, more modern interface. If your camera supports both apps, iCSee Pro generally provides a better user experience.
How do I set up a camera with iCSee Pro?
To set up your camera with iCSee Pro: 1) Download and open the iCSee Pro app. 2) Create an account or log in. 3) Tap 'Add Device' and scan the QR code on your camera, or manually enter the device's Cloud ID. 4) Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the camera to your Wi-Fi network. The app uses P2P cloud technology so no port forwarding or DDNS setup is needed for remote access.
Can I use iCSee Pro on PC or Mac?
Yes, you can view your iCSee Pro cameras on a computer. Visit the official iCSee website at icseeapp.com to download the PC software for Windows. The desktop application provides live view and playback capabilities similar to the mobile app, allowing you to monitor cameras on a larger screen. Note that the XMEye desktop client (from xmeye.net) is also compatible with iCSee Pro devices.
Does iCSee Pro support cloud storage?
Yes, iCSee Pro offers optional cloud video recording through the iCSee Cloud service. Cloud storage subscriptions provide secure off-site video backup that complements local SD/TF card recording. You can manage your cloud recordings and subscription plans directly within the iCSee Pro app. Local SD card recording is always available at no extra cost.
Why am I not receiving push notifications from iCSee Pro?
If push notifications are not working: 1) Ensure you are logged into your account in the app. 2) Check that notifications are enabled in your phone's Settings for iCSee Pro. 3) Verify that motion detection or humanoid detection is enabled in the camera settings within the app. 4) Disable battery optimization or power saving mode for the iCSee Pro app. 5) Make sure your camera is online and connected to the internet. Restart the app if issues persist.
What cameras are compatible with iCSee Pro?
iCSee Pro supports all XMEye/iCSee-compatible IP cameras using H.264 or H.265 video compression. This includes Wi-Fi bullet cameras, PTZ/robot cameras, smart doorbells, smart door locks, NVR systems, PoE cameras, and battery/solar-powered cameras. Most unbranded or white-label cameras based on the Xiongmai (XM) chipset are compatible. Check your camera's documentation or look for iCSee/XMEye compatibility markings.
How do I fix iCSee Pro camera connection issues?
If your camera is not connecting or loading slowly in iCSee Pro: 1) Check that the camera is powered on and the indicator light shows it's online. 2) Verify your Wi-Fi router is working and the camera has a good signal. 3) Try power cycling the camera (unplug for 10 seconds, then reconnect). 4) Restart your phone and reopen the iCSee Pro app. 5) Ensure the app is updated to the latest version. 6) If on cellular data, check that iCSee Pro has mobile data permission. 7) Try removing and re-adding the device using its Cloud ID.

I've been using this app for over a year with various cameras including lightbulb cameras and a 360 motion capture camera. All inexpensive overseas cameras. The app does what it's supposed to do — live view, playback, motion alerts all work well. Can't complain about a free app that offers so much functionality for cameras under $30. Two-way audio works surprisingly well too.

I use this with a remote security camera and it works okay. No major problems with connectivity or live view. The app is straightforward for basic monitoring. I just wish there was a way to improve the startup experience and that setup instructions were more detailed, but overall it gets the job done for home security.
App Store
The app is functional for basic camera monitoring. Live view works well on WiFi, and the PTZ controls are responsive. Night vision quality through the app is decent. It could use a more polished interface, but for a free security camera app, it provides the essential features you need to keep an eye on your home.
App Store
Solid app for managing multiple cameras. I have three iCSee Pro compatible cameras at home and can switch between views easily. Motion detection alerts are consistent and the cloud ID setup was simple — no port forwarding needed. Playback from SD card works well. Good value for free monitoring.
App Store
Works for what I need. The app connects to my cameras reliably and the humanoid detection feature helps reduce false alerts from pets. Two-way audio quality is acceptable. Main complaint is the UI could be more modern, but functionally it delivers on its promises for basic home surveillance.
Google Play
It works well, fairly easy to install software. I'm monitoring two cameras at different locations and can access them reliably from anywhere. Motion detection alerts come through consistently. The ability to take snapshots and save video locally is useful. Good free option for basic home security monitoring.
Google Play
Decent camera monitoring app. Setup with cloud ID was straightforward. Live streaming works on both WiFi and mobile data. PTZ control is smooth on my robot camera. The multi-view feature lets me see all cameras at once which is convenient. Night vision feed looks clear enough for security purposes.
Google Play
Good free surveillance app for budget cameras. I've been using it for six months with three different IP cameras and it handles them all well. The P2P connection means I didn't have to mess with router settings. Push notifications for motion events are reliable. Would recommend for basic home monitoring.
Google Play
The app does its job for simple security monitoring. I use it to check on my front door camera during the day. Live view loads quickly on good WiFi and the recording playback from SD card is easy to navigate. The humanoid detection on my newer camera works surprisingly well at filtering out false alerts.
Google Play
Great app for the price — which is free! I have a full setup with four cameras and an NVR, all managed through iCSee Pro. Multi-view switching is smooth thanks to the Flutter rebuild. Cloud storage option is available if you want it but local recording works perfectly fine. Highly recommend for DIY security.
