Hisee cloud

Hisee cloud is the official companion app for Hiseeu security cameras and NVR systems, developed by Shenzhen Hiseeu Technology Co., Ltd. It supports the full range of Hiseeu-branded WiFi IP cameras, PoE NVR camera kits, and Cloud WiFi cameras. The app is not designed for cameras from other manufacturers.

Setup typically takes under 5 minutes: (1) Install the Hisee cloud app and create an account with your phone number, (2) Power on your Hiseeu camera and wait for the indicator light to blink, (3) Tap '+' to add a device — choose 'Standalone camera' or 'Kit' depending on your hardware, (4) Scan the QR code on the camera or NVR label, (5) Connect to your Wi-Fi network and follow on-screen instructions. Your camera will appear in the device list within minutes.

In the app, tap on your camera or NVR, then select 'Device Recordings' or 'Playback.' Choose the date and time you want to review using the timeline scrubber. For NVR systems, recordings are stored on the hard drive. For standalone cameras, recordings are on the SD/TF card. Cloud recordings are available if you have an active cloud storage plan.

Yes, for Hiseeu cameras equipped with a built-in speaker and microphone. You can speak from the app and the sound plays through the camera speaker; you can also hear audio from the camera's environment. This is useful for talking to family members, pets, or delivery personnel. Ensure the app has microphone permission on your phone.

There is no hard limit on the number of cameras you can add to your Hisee cloud account. The live view screen supports displaying up to 4 camera feeds simultaneously. You can manage more cameras through the device list and switch between them. NVR systems can be added as a single device and then individual channels selected within the app.

Hisee cloud is available on macOS (Apple M1 chip or later, macOS 11.0+) and visionOS through the App Store — no separate Mac app download needed. For Windows PC users, Hiseeu offers the EseeCloud desktop client at hiseeu.com/pages/eseecloud, which supports similar live view and playback features for compatible Hiseeu devices.

In the Hisee cloud app, go to device settings and select 'Device Sharing.' Enter the account phone number or email of the person you want to share with and assign the appropriate permissions (e.g., view-only or full control). Shared users will see the camera in their own Hisee cloud account. You can revoke access at any time from the sharing settings.
