Setting up is simple: 1) Download ezykam+ and create an account, 2) Power on your camera and scan the QR code on the device, 3) Follow the in-app prompts to connect the camera to your Wi-Fi network or insert a 4G SIM card. The entire process takes about 2-3 minutes.
What Wi-Fi network does ezykam+ require?
ezyKam cameras connect exclusively to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks. They do not support 5 GHz networks. Make sure your router broadcasts a 2.4 GHz SSID and that the camera is within range during setup. The camera and your phone must be on the same network during initial configuration.
Can I view my cameras on a PC or web browser?
Yes. CP PLUS offers a web client at web.ezykam.com where you can view live feeds, play back recordings, and manage your cameras from any modern web browser. Simply log in with your ezykam+ account credentials.
How many cameras can I view at the same time?

How do I reset my ezyKam camera?
Locate the reset button on your camera (usually a small pinhole on the bottom or back). Press and hold the reset button for 10-15 seconds until you hear a voice prompt or see the indicator light flash rapidly. The camera will restart and return to factory default settings. You can then re-add it to the ezykam+ app.

The PTZ control on this app is incredibly responsive. I can pan and tilt my CP-E44A smoothly with zero lag. The landscape PTZ mode is especially useful when I want precise positioning. Setup was done in under 3 minutes with the QR code scan. Highly recommend for anyone with CP PLUS cameras.

Super easy QR code setup! I got my ezyKam camera running in literally 3 steps. The app walked me through everything. Even my parents could set this up without my help. Night vision quality is excellent and the two-way audio works great for checking in on the kids.

Love that ezykam+ works with Alexa. I just say the command and my Echo Show pulls up the camera feed instantly. The integration is seamless. Would give 5 stars if the cloud storage plans were a bit more affordable, but the SD card option works fine as a free alternative.

The multi-view feature is a game changer. I have 8 ezyKam cameras around my property and being able to see all feeds on one screen is exactly what I needed. The app handles all 8 streams without any performance issues on my iPhone 15.

Using the CP-E28Q as a baby monitor and ezykam+ makes it perfect. The two-way talk lets me soothe my baby without going into the room, and the night vision is crystal clear. Push notifications wake me up if there is any movement. Best baby monitor setup I have found.

I installed 4 ezyKam cameras in my electronics shop and ezykam+ lets me monitor everything from home. The timeline playback is very useful for checking what happened during the day. Picture quality is sharp even at night. Great value for money compared to expensive CCTV systems.

Set up my CP-Z44R with a 4G SIM at my farmhouse where there is no Wi-Fi. The 4G connection works well and I can check the live feed from the city. Setup was straightforward with the app. Video quality is good during the day. Nighttime could be slightly better but overall very satisfied.

App works well most of the time but I experience occasional connection drops, especially when switching between cameras quickly. The reconnection usually takes 5-10 seconds. CP PLUS support helped me optimize my router settings which improved things. Hope future updates fix this completely.

Impressed with the picture quality from my CP-E44A 4MP camera. The full-color night vision mode is surprisingly good. I can clearly see faces and license plates even at night. The app displays the feed smoothly without buffering. One of the best security camera apps I have used.
