For the past 2 years I have had the app and check in on my cameras randomly and I have never had an issue once getting connected to any of the 6 cameras that I have. The video may not be peak resolution at first but after a few seconds it catches up to the selected resolution. So happy with it.
I've been using this app for a year to remotely connect to a UNV NVR that's hard wired to a gigabit router and has 8 4K cameras. I use it to view the cameras live streaming and remote video playback. It works well. The phone signal strength and the resolution of the cameras or video will determine if the video is good quality or slow to connect.
Been using for over a year. It works with my seven cameras without any issues. Sometimes you have to refresh the app or close it out on your phone and reopen it depending on your Wi-Fi etc. But overall I really like the interface and really no complaints using it on my iPhone.
