Open the app, tap Add Device, and enter the CloudSEE ID printed on your device's label or shown in its settings menu. You can also scan the device QR code for quick setup, or add the device manually by entering its IP address or DDNS hostname.
Use the Device Sharing function within the app to grant access to family members or colleagues. CloudSEE Int'l Pro supports sharing device access with up to 10 users per device. Shared users can view live feeds and playback but may have limited control over device settings.
Tap 'Forgot Password' on the login screen, enter the email address associated with your account, and follow the instructions in the password reset email. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact Jovision support at [email protected].
This error appears when your NVR has reached its maximum number of external connections. Other clients (such as PC software or other mobile users) may be connected simultaneously. Disconnect other clients or increase the connection limit in your NVR's network settings to resolve this issue.
Go to device settings within the app, enable alarm push notifications, and configure motion detection zones. You can set custom alarm sounds and adjust detection sensitivity. Alarm scheduling is also available to control when notifications are active.
There is no official PC version of CloudSEE Int'l Pro. For desktop monitoring, use Jovision's VMS-6100 PC software which provides similar functionality for Windows computers. Some users run the Android version via emulators, but this is not officially supported.
