Introduction
CKK is a mobile video surveillance app built for CKK camera systems — wireless, solar-powered, and PoE security cameras sold through Amazon and the official CKK store at ckkvip.com. If you own a CKK security camera or NVR kit, the CKK app is your go-to companion for live monitoring, video playback, device setup, and push-alert management from anywhere in the world.
What sets CKK apart in the crowded security camera app space is its straightforward approach. The app runs on iOS 12+, iPadOS, macOS 11+ (Apple Silicon), visionOS, and Android, covering nearly every device you own. CKK focuses on doing the essentials well — real-time streaming, recorded footage review, cloud-based device binding via 10-digit Cloud ID, and optional cloud storage subscriptions — without burying you in features you will never use.
What Is CKK?
CKK is purpose-built as the mobile control hub for the CKK camera ecosystem. Developed by CKK camera, the app serves as the bridge between your phone and your CKK security hardware. Whether you have a single indoor WiFi camera or a multi-channel NVR system covering an entire property, CKK handles device pairing, live feeds, timeline playback, and alert management through a single, clean interface.
The app connects to CKK cameras via P2P cloud technology. You scan the QR code on your camera or enter the 10-digit Cloud ID, follow the guided setup wizard, and within minutes your device appears in the live view list. No port forwarding, no static IPs, no DDNS configuration. This P2P approach means you get reliable remote access whether you are on the same local Wi-Fi or streaming over cellular data from across the country.
With over 10,000 downloads on Google Play and active users across iOS and macOS, CKK has built a steady user base among budget-conscious homeowners and small-business operators who want dependable remote surveillance without a monthly monitoring contract.
How It Works
CKK operates on a simple architecture. Your CKK camera connects to your home or office Wi-Fi network and registers itself with CKK's cloud relay servers. When you open the app, it authenticates your account and establishes an encrypted P2P session directly to your device.
The P2P design delivers two key benefits. First, video travels as directly as possible between camera and phone, keeping latency low. Second, you need zero networking expertise — the app handles connection routing automatically regardless of your network topology.

What is CKK app and what cameras does it work with?
CKK is a mobile video surveillance app designed as the companion for CKK-branded security cameras and NVR systems. It works with all CKK wireless WiFi cameras, solar-powered cameras, PoE systems, and NVR kits sold through Amazon and the official CKK store at ckkvip.com.
How do I set up CKK app with my camera?
Download the CKK app, create an account, then scan the QR code on your camera or manually enter the 10-digit Cloud ID printed on the device. Follow the on-screen setup wizard to complete pairing. The process typically takes under 5 minutes.
Is CKK app free to use?
Yes. All core features including live view, local recording playback, motion detection alerts, two-way audio, and device management are completely free. Cloud storage subscriptions for off-site video backup are optional, starting at $3.99/month.
What is the relationship between CKK and Eseecloud?
CKK cameras share cloud infrastructure with the Eseecloud platform. Some CKK setup guides reference Eseecloud during device pairing. The CKK-branded app is the recommended companion for CKK hardware, while the Eseecloud desktop client provides an alternative access point for PC and Mac users.
Can I view CKK cameras on my computer?
Yes. CKK supports desktop monitoring through the Eseecloud PC/Mac client, available for download at ckkvip.com. The desktop client connects to the same CKK account and devices, providing live view and playback on a larger screen.
What cloud storage plans does CKK offer?
CKK offers several cloud storage tiers: 4-day alarm video ($3.99/month), 4-day full video ($4.99/month), 9-day alarm video ($5.99/month), 9-day full video ($8.99/month), 14-day alarm/full video ($8.99–$10.99/month), and 29-day alarm video ($17.99/month). Annual plans are available at discounted rates.
Why does my CKK camera show 'connection failure'?
Connection failures are typically caused by weak Wi-Fi signal between your camera and router, or between your camera and NVR. Check that your camera is within reliable Wi-Fi range, ensure your internet connection is stable, and try restarting both the camera and router. If issues persist, contact CKK support through the app.
What devices can I use CKK on?
CKK runs on iOS 12.0 or later (iPhone, iPad, iPod touch), macOS 11.0 or later (Apple M1 chip and newer Macs), visionOS 1.0 or later (Apple Vision Pro), and Android devices. The Eseecloud desktop client is also available for Windows PC.
Does CKK support two-way audio?
Yes, for CKK cameras equipped with a built-in speaker and microphone. Tap the microphone button in the app to speak through the camera's speaker, and the camera's microphone captures audio from the environment and streams it to your phone.
How many cameras can I add to the CKK app?
There is no strict limit on the number of cameras you can add to your CKK account. Users commonly manage 4 to 16 cameras through the app, including standalone WiFi cameras and multi-channel NVR systems.

Works well with my CKK NVR system. Playback is smooth and alerts come through quickly. Would like more options for scheduling.
App Store
Perfect for my solar cameras in a remote area. The Cloud ID setup was straightforward and live view works great over cellular data.

Managing cameras across two properties is convenient with account-based access. Night vision quality is impressive for the price point.
Google Play
Works well most of the time. Glitchy and knocks random cameras off at times, for either a short while or until the app is restarted and cameras reconnect. But all in all it seems to work for what the needs are.
Google Play
Decent surveillance app. The CKK app works well with the camera system I purchased. Eseecloud is more popular but this one is streamlined for CKK hardware.
Google Play
Great budget security camera app. Easy setup with QR code, reliable live streaming, and free motion alerts. No complaints.

Installed 8 CKK cameras around my house. The app handles all of them without issues. Two-way audio works surprisingly well for talking to delivery drivers.

Supported DevicesCKK wireless WiFi cameras (indoor/outdoor), CKK solar-powered cameras, CKK PoE (Power over Ethernet) systems, CKK NVR kits (multi-channel). Compatible with all CKK cameras sold on Amazon and the official CKK store at ckkvip.com.
Local recordings to SD/TF cards in standalone cameras or to hard drives in NVR systems are always accessible through the app's playback interface, independent of any cloud subscription.
Live Preview and Multi-Camera Monitoring
The core of CKK is its real-time live preview. Open the app, tap a camera, and you are watching a live HD feed within seconds. For users with multiple CKK cameras, the app supports multi-camera views — monitoring several feeds simultaneously on a single screen.
Each feed is interactive. Tap to expand to full screen, apply digital zoom, trigger PTZ controls on compatible cameras, or activate two-way audio. Switching between cameras is fast and fluid, making it practical to scan your entire property in moments.
For NVR system owners, individual channels appear as selectable feeds within the NVR device entry. You can rename each camera, organize them by location, and jump between live views without navigating through complex menus.
Cloud Storage and Subscription Plans
CKK follows a freemium model with genuinely optional cloud storage. All core features — live view, local recording, playback, motion alerts, device management — work for free, indefinitely. No paywall on basic surveillance functionality.
When you want cloud backup, CKK offers clearly structured subscription tiers through in-app purchases:
4-day alarm video — $3.99/month or $38.99/year
4-day full video — $4.99/month or $49.99/year
9-day alarm video — $5.99/month or $59.99/year
9-day full video — $8.99/month
14-day alarm video — $8.99/month
14-day full video — $10.99/month
29-day alarm video — $17.99/month
Alarm video plans record only when motion is detected, saving storage and making footage review more efficient. Full video plans record continuously around the clock for complete coverage.
Motion Detection and Push Alerts
CKK's motion detection system sends push notifications to your phone within seconds of a trigger event. You can adjust detection sensitivity per camera — lower for busy outdoor areas, higher for interior rooms where any movement matters.
Tapping a notification opens the app directly to the relevant camera's live view or recorded clip, allowing immediate assessment. The alert system is designed to give you timely awareness without drowning you in false positives from swaying trees or passing cars.
Device Setup via Cloud ID and QR Code
One of CKK's smoothest experiences is the initial device pairing. Each CKK camera comes with a unique 10-digit Cloud ID printed on the device or included in the packaging. The setup flow is:
Connect your CKK camera to power and Wi-Fi
Download and open the CKK app
Create an account or log in
Scan the camera's QR code or manually enter the Cloud ID
Follow the on-screen wizard to complete pairing
The entire process typically takes under five minutes. Once paired, the camera appears in your device list and is accessible from any device where you are logged into the same CKK account.
Desktop Access with Eseecloud PC/Mac Client
Beyond the mobile app, CKK supports desktop monitoring through the Eseecloud PC/Mac client, available for download at ckkvip.com. This desktop companion lets you view live feeds, review recordings, and manage devices from a Windows PC or Mac — ideal for business owners or home offices where a phone screen is not practical for extended monitoring.
The Eseecloud desktop client connects to the same CKK account and devices, providing a seamless cross-platform experience. Some users report that the desktop client offers a more detailed playback timeline compared to the mobile app, making it the better choice for reviewing long recording sessions.
CKK vs Eseecloud: Understanding the Ecosystem
Users often notice references to Eseecloud in CKK's setup documentation and support pages. This is because the CKK camera ecosystem shares underlying cloud infrastructure with the broader Eseecloud platform. Some official CKK setup guides reference Eseecloud during device pairing.
For practical purposes: the CKK-branded app on the App Store and Google Play is the recommended companion for CKK-branded hardware. The Eseecloud app and desktop client serve as alternative access points within the same platform. If you purchased CKK cameras, start with the CKK app — it is specifically branded and optimized for your hardware.
Supported Hardware
CKK cameras span a range of security use cases:
Wireless WiFi cameras — indoor and outdoor models with battery or AC power
Solar-powered cameras — ideal for remote locations without wired power
PoE (Power over Ethernet) systems — professional-grade installations with NVR recording
NVR kits — multi-channel systems with centralized hard drive storage
All CKK camera models sold through Amazon and the official CKK store (ckkvip.com) are compatible with the CKK app.
Known Limitations
Transparency matters, so here are the weaker points worth knowing:
App update disruptions — some long-time users report that major app updates have changed the interface and temporarily broken features they relied on. This is a common pattern in security camera apps, but it can be frustrating when your monitoring workflow is interrupted.
Connection stability — a subset of users experience intermittent "connection failure" messages, particularly when cameras are positioned far from the NVR or router. This is usually a network/signal issue rather than an app defect, but it surfaces as a complaint against the CKK app.
Limited changelog transparency — the App Store version history shows relatively few documented update entries, making it harder for users to know exactly what changed in each release.
These are real-world friction points, not deal-breakers. For the majority of CKK camera owners, the app delivers reliable day-to-day surveillance at no recurring cost.
