I ordered my Arlo wireless cameras in June 2021. So far it has been really good. My only issue with the camera and the app is that there is a lag from the feed. Other than the lag, images are clear.
We have had a three camera system up for over 6 months. The cameras have worked amazing, even in negative winter temperatures. The video clarity is very good and the stored video library has been helpful on several occasions.
The zone feature does not work at all. I have my zones set and I still get notifications for areas outside my zones. Overall this app most certainly does need more work.
App itself is very full featured. My biggest complaint is the time it takes for a camera image to load after receiving an alert. Still work to do to be the best.
We are impressed with the video quality. The most annoying thing about the app is that every 10th time you open the app there is an ad for upgrading your subscription.
Generally a good app and rarely has any problems. Battery life on Pro cameras is solid and motion detection works well for my setup.

Just installed a 4-camera system. Setup through the app was straightforward. Live view quality is excellent, even at night with color night vision.
When it works, it is great. But the app can be fickle after updates — sometimes have to reconnect cameras. Needs more stability.
