The cameras work pretty well and are affordable. The app has had issues and interruptions the past few years but has been updated enough to be stable. However, what happened to the customer service? What happened to Danyale or Danielle? None of the USA telephone numbers work anymore. Your in-app support request is ludicrous—pages of Chinese text! How do you expect customers to navigate that?
This is one of my favorite gadgets. However the last update needs to be fixed. All of a sudden I am having trouble gaining access to see what's going on in my garage. It seems to be working when I am home on the same network but when I am away it rarely connects anymore. It gets to 95% and just freezes. Please address this issue as I have come to rely on my device.
My device stop working about 3 months ago and I am helpless. I love it and rely on it so much for safety and convenience! I tried to fix it myself but it didn't work! I deleted and tried to reinstall and that didn't work too. I am trying to reach out and can't get any kind of support.
