Download the CZEview app, create an account, and tap the add device button. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your camera via Wi-Fi. Make sure your phone and camera are on the same 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network during setup. Some models also support 5 GHz dual-band Wi-Fi.

Is CZEview free to use?

Yes, CZEview is free to download and use. Core features including HD live view, motion alerts, two-way audio, and video playback are available at no cost. Optional cloud storage subscriptions are available starting from $3.99/month.

How do I reset my CZEview camera?

Locate the reset button on your camera (usually a small pinhole on the bottom or back). Press and hold it for 5-10 seconds until you hear a prompt sound or see the indicator light flash. The camera will restart and return to factory settings, ready to be set up again.
