Amcrest View Pro 2 è l'app mobile di nuova generazione di Amcrest Technologies LLC per gestire telecamere IP, DVR HDCVI e NVR Amcrest. Come successore dell'originale Amcrest View Pro, questa app ridisegnata offre un'interfaccia modernizzata mantenendo la piena compatibilità con la gamma di prodotti di sicurezza Amcrest.
Con oltre 50.000 download su Google Play e disponibile su iOS e Android, Amcrest View Pro 2 consente di guardare stream in diretta, riprodurre registrazioni, ricevere notifiche push e gestire più dispositivi da smartphone o tablet.
L'app è completamente gratuita, senza acquisti in-app o abbonamenti richiesti. Si connette ai dispositivi Amcrest tramite P2P, IP/Dominio o DDNS per l'accesso remoto.

Quali dispositivi sono compatibili?
Telecamere IP Amcrest (tutte le serie IPC), DVR HDCVI, NVR e dispositivi Eco HDCVI. Non supporta telecamere di terze parti o dispositivi ONVIF generici.
Qual è la differenza tra View Pro e View Pro 2?
View Pro 2 è il successore dell'originale. Entrambe le app supportano lo stesso ecosistema, ma View Pro 2 ha un'interfaccia completamente ridisegnata e modernizzata.
Come aggiungere un dispositivo?
Metodi: (1) Ricerca dispositivo sulla stessa rete, (2) Inserimento manuale IP/dominio/DDNS, (3) Scansione QR code. Tutti richiedono la password del dispositivo.
Posso usarlo su PC o Mac?
È principalmente un'app mobile. I Mac con Apple M1+ possono eseguire la versione iOS nativamente. Amcrest offre anche Amcrest Surveillance Pro per Windows e Mac e accesso web tramite Amcrest Cloud.
Come configurare le notifiche push?
Aprire l'app, selezionare il dispositivo, accedere ai dettagli, toccare 'Notifiche push', configurare gli eventi e salvare.
Supporta l'archiviazione cloud?
Sì, con integrazione opzionale di Amcrest Cloud. Non è necessario per le funzioni base — i video sono archiviati localmente di default.
Perché non riesco a connettermi da remoto?
Verificare la connessione internet della telecamera. Provare la modalità P2P. Controllare il firewall del router. Se funziona in locale ma non da remoto, abilitare P2P nelle impostazioni della telecamera. Aggiornare all'ultima versione.
I miei dati vengono raccolti?

Quali formati di esportazione video sono supportati?

Version 2 is better than version 1. I can now record on the fly. The interface is much improved and the app feels more responsive than the original Amcrest View Pro.

I like the new look of this upgraded version. It is easy to use as well. Good improvement over the old app for monitoring my Amcrest cameras.

I was blown away how easy it was to setup the new camera with this app. The device search found my camera immediately and I was viewing live feed within minutes.

I haven't had any problems really with the app. It connects to my cameras reliably on the local network. Nothing that completely breaks it. Works well enough for daily monitoring.

Overall very happy with the app and the cameras. The app is improving with each update. Push notifications are working better now after the latest update.

Works fine, good video quality. The audio is not as clear as the old app but overall functionality is solid. The new UI is a nice upgrade from View Pro 1.

Most of it works good. I have 2 PTZ cameras and this app handles the basic viewing well. The interface is clean and modern. Would like more PTZ control options.
