What is SANNCE HOME app?

SANNCE HOME is the official mobile app for SANNCE DVR-based security camera systems. How do I add my SANNCE DVR to the SANNCE HOME app?

Once your DVR is added in SANNCE HOME, it will automatically appear in Guarding Vision under the same account.

Why is SANNCE HOME not connecting to my DVR?

If SANNCE HOME cannot connect to your DVR: (1) Verify your DVR is powered on and connected to the internet via Ethernet cable; (2) Check that Cloud P2P is enabled on your DVR — go to DVR menu → Network → Cloud and ensure it shows 'Connected'; (3) Make sure you are using the correct DVR username and password; (4) Restart both the DVR and the app; (5) Ensure your phone has a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data); (6) If the issue persists, try removing and re-adding the device in the app. Contact [email protected] for further assistance.

Exceeds my expectations! I did not expect much out of this app, seeing as the surveillance system I bought was fairly inexpensive and obviously Chinese made. The app actually works very well. I have not had to reboot my system once in almost a year because of connectivity bugs, and I have been able to view my cameras reliably from anywhere.

I like them. However, I wish this app was available for the Apple TV! It would be great to pull up the cameras on the big screen. Other than that, the app works well for checking the cameras on my phone.

Sometimes the video is not perfectly clear but overall it does the job. Easy to set up and I can check on my house when I'm at work. The motion alerts are useful for knowing when someone is at the door.
