The setup took me a few minutes but after that all smooth sailing, the quality is really good too so is night vision as well it's great. The battery life is excellent I must say but also depends on your camera location. Customer service is good too, always responsive. I highly recommend them.
Love, love, love these cameras! Installation only took minutes; and the images they provide are super clear. I love the fact I no longer have to buy the expensive batteries. Above all else, the customer support is as superior as the product. You receive instant and clear responses to any questions.
Great quality video, but dwarfed by app shortcomings. My experience as a shared user is quite less than stellar. I don't have the bird icon, so I can't access that cool file. This is a huge shortcoming. The video quality from the cameras is excellent though, and the night vision is impressive.
VicoHome has been solid for monitoring my property. The AI person detection through the Awareness plan is very accurate and has cut my false alerts by about 90%. Two-way talk works well for greeting delivery drivers. The only thing I wish is that the PC client was available — currently you can only view on mobile.
Bought a VicoHome bird feeder camera and I'm amazed at the bird AI identification feature. It correctly identifies most common species visiting my backyard feeder. The video quality is crystal clear and the cloud recording lets me go back and watch moments I missed. Best purchase I've made this year.
Solid security camera app overall. I have three VicoHome cameras covering my front door, backyard, and garage. The multi-camera view is great for quick checks. Motion alerts are timely and the activity zone feature really helps reduce notifications from passing cars on the street. Would be 5 stars if they added a web viewer for desktop.
Finally an affordable alternative to Ring that doesn't require a subscription for basic use. The local SD card recording is free and the playback through the app works perfectly. I added the Awareness plan for the AI detection and it's been worth every penny — no more alerts from blowing leaves.

The app is functional and the camera quality is good, but I've had some issues with the live feed taking a while to load sometimes, especially on cellular data. The night vision is impressive and the motion alerts are generally accurate. Customer support was helpful when I had trouble connecting a new camera. Would rate higher if the connectivity was more consistent.
