SANNCE

The SANNCE app (formerly SANNCE SmartLife) is the official mobile application for SANNCE wireless IP cameras, battery cameras, smart doorbells, floodlight cameras, 4G smart cameras, and surveillance camera kits. It allows you to remotely view live video, play back recorded footage, receive motion detection alerts, and share camera access with family members — all for free with no subscription fees. It is compatible with Android (Google Play) and iOS (App Store).

To connect your SANNCE camera: (1) Download the SANNCE app from Google Play or the App Store; (2) Create a free SANNCE account; (3) Tap '+' to add a device; (4) Choose 'Auto Scan' to discover cameras automatically, or 'Add Manually' to select your camera type (Smart IP Camera, Battery Camera, Smart DoorBell, Floodlight Camera, Wired IP Camera, or 4G Smart Camera); (5) Follow the on-screen pairing guide. For Wi-Fi cameras, make sure your phone is connected to your 2.4 GHz network during setup.

During initial setup in the SANNCE app, you will be prompted to select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password. Important: SANNCE Wi-Fi cameras only support 2.4 GHz networks — 5 GHz-only networks are not compatible. To connect: (1) Keep your phone and camera within range of your 2.4 GHz router; (2) Open the SANNCE app and tap '+'; (3) Select your camera type and choose 'Auto Scan'; (4) When prompted, select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password; (5) Wait for the camera to confirm connection with a voice prompt or LED indicator.

To reset a SANNCE camera: locate the reset button (usually a small pinhole on the camera body or base). Press and hold the reset button with a pin or paperclip for 5–10 seconds until you hear a beep or see the LED indicator blink. The camera will restart and return to factory settings. After a reset, you will need to re-add the camera in the SANNCE app and re-enter your Wi-Fi credentials. Note: A factory reset erases all camera settings including your Wi-Fi configuration.

The SANNCE app supports a wide range of SANNCE smart security devices: Smart IP Cameras (Wi-Fi), Battery-Powered Wireless Cameras, Smart Video Doorbells, Floodlight Security Cameras, Wired IP Cameras (PoE and standard), 4G Smart Cameras (cellular), and complete Surveillance Camera Kits. Note: For DVR-based CCTV systems, use SANNCE HOME. For NVR/DVR remote access, use SANNCE Vision. The SANNCE app is specifically designed for Wi-Fi and 4G-connected cameras.

Yes, the SANNCE app is completely free to download and use. There are no subscription fees, monthly charges, or in-app purchases required for core features including live video streaming, motion detection alerts, remote playback from SD card, and device sharing. Some advanced cloud storage features may require optional payment, but all basic remote monitoring functions work at no cost.

To factory reset a SANNCE DVR: (1) Connect a mouse to the DVR and access the main menu; (2) Go to Settings > System > Default; (3) Click 'Factory Default' and confirm. Alternatively, you can hold the physical reset button on the DVR for 5–10 seconds. After resetting, you will need to reconfigure your DVR settings and re-add it in the SANNCE HOME app (note: DVR systems use SANNCE HOME, not the SANNCE app). If SANNCE push notifications are not working: (1) Enable notification permissions for the SANNCE app in your phone's Settings; (2) On Android, disable battery optimization for the SANNCE app to allow background notifications; (3) Ensure motion detection is enabled in your camera settings within the app; (4) Check that your camera has an active internet connection; (5) Adjust motion detection sensitivity — if set too low, alerts may not trigger; (6) Try signing out and back into your SANNCE account. The SANNCE app does not have a native Windows or Mac desktop client. However, you can use it on a PC through an Android emulator such as BlueStacks or LDPlayer. For SANNCE NVR/DVR systems, the official Windows desktop software is Guarding Vision, available at sannce.com/pages/sannce-download-center. Web browser access via xmeye.net is also available for compatible SANNCE systems.

To share your SANNCE camera: (1) Open the SANNCE app and select the camera you want to share; (2) Tap the share or settings icon on the device page; (3) Enter the SANNCE account email of the person you want to share with; (4) Set their permission level (viewer or admin); (5) The invited person will receive an in-app notification and can accept the share. Family members must have a free SANNCE account to receive shared access. You can revoke access at any time from the same sharing settings.
