How do I connect a CZEview camera to the app?

Download the CZEview app, create an account, and tap the add device button. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your camera via Wi-Fi. Make sure your phone and camera are on the same 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network during setup. Some models also support 5 GHz dual-band Wi-Fi.

Is CZEview free to use?

Yes, CZEview is free to download and use. Core features including HD live view, motion alerts, two-way audio, and video playback are available at no cost. Optional cloud storage subscriptions are available starting from $3.99/month.

What cameras are compatible with CZEview?

Why am I not receiving alarm notifications?

Check that notifications are enabled for the CZEview app in your phone's settings. Ensure motion detection is turned on in the camera settings within the app. Also verify that your phone is connected to the internet and that Do Not Disturb mode is not active.

How do I reset my CZEview camera?

Locate the reset button on your camera (usually a small pinhole on the bottom or back). Press and hold it for 5-10 seconds until you hear a prompt sound or see the indicator light flash. The camera will restart and return to factory settings, ready to be set up again.
